Lafayette Square New Orleans Engagement Session

As a Baton Rouge Wedding Photographer we love doing engagement sessions in the city of New Orleans. We wanted to go with a mix of elegant and editorial so Lafayette Square Park in New Orleans was one of the locations we chose for their New Orleans engagement session. We had been watching the forecast all day and knew rain was on the way, but instead of rescheduling TJ and Carmen said, “let’s do this!” Boy! Am I glad we did because as soon as we met up we started rocking and rolling and made all kinds of magic happen, just as the storm was rolling in. TJ + Carmen were absolute naturals in front of the camera. I love how playful they were with each other. They were always smiling and laughing, which makes for some pretty perfect photos as you’ll see 😉 . TJ and Carmen are both such genuine people, and so easy to talk to and can’t wait to shoot their wedding day in January!
